Context
Screen printing was not an entirely new concept to me heading into these projects, but I did learn many new practices. Previously I had only ever printed a couple of t-shirts in a high school class. Throughout many projects I learned how to print through the CMYK process, re-learned the process of printing tees, and now know the many ways in which printed colors interact with each other in a physical space.
Solution
The goals in these projects were to simply create eye-catching and bold designs that made the viewer want to see more, or to just stop and engage with the project for a couple of minutes. Aside from that, I pushed myself to engage more with the process of physical print media.
